Return requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product.
Products must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned with original tags and packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:
Products damaged due to customer handling.
Sarees that have been washed, altered, or fall/pico completed after delivery.
Customized or made-to-order products.
Products purchased during clearance or final sale unless received damaged.
Damaged or Incorrect Products – If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
Refunds – Once the returned product passes quality inspection, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Exchange – Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested product is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.
